Building Stupas
In April 2007, Rinpoche began building a 5 story (16 m) Stupa with many surrounding prayer wheels in Tongde, Qinghai Province. It was completed in September of 2007.
The Plan
Rinpoche’s plan is to build another 107 stupas with prayer wheels in 107 different locations where there are no temples, stupas or prayer wheels, but a large population of Buddhists.
